Meeting spaces

We have meeting rooms to suit different sizes of group and activities. The Godrevy room is large with a wooden floor and a PA system and is ideal for larger conferences or for craft activities that need plenty of space.

The Trevose room, pictured to above, is light and comfortable and makes a great place to meet for prayer and  conversation. Alternatively, set up more formally with chairs as shown, or with chairs and tables, it can be used for teaching, meetings, workshops or as a break-out space for  larger events.

Overnight accommodation

We have 8 ensuite guest bedrooms that can accommodate up to 14 people.

As a retreat house we have some bedrooms without wi-fi access to encourage our guests to take a break from their daily life. There is free wi-fi in some bedrooms and throughout the downstairs meeting rooms, so there’s always a place that you can go when you need to connect online.

Prayer and worship

The chapel and prayer room, both on the first floor, can be made available throughout your retreat for worship and prayer. The Chapel seats up to 45 people for services but can be made into a more intimate space for smaller groups. The prayer room (named after the Cornish saint, St Piran) is ideal for individual prayer and for small groups.

Epiphany House is an ecumenical Christian foundation and your guests are welcome to join in with our regular services. We hold a eucharist service at 12 noon on Tuesdays.

Excellent food

Our catering team have a well-deserved reputation for delicious, home-cooked meals. Groups of 8 or more people can either choose either a hot breakfast or a self-service continental style breakfast, add a packed lunch or a two-course hot meal, and finish off the day with a delicious two or three course dinner.

We cater for vegetarians and will do our best to cater for medically essential dietary requirements such as nut, dairy, wheat and gluten allergies. Hot drinks are always available throughout the day; add pastries or delicious home-made cakes if you want to really treat your guests!

We do not offer self-catering for group retreat bookings and you won’t need to help serve or wash up dishes after your meal – we enjoy looking after you and giving you space and time to make the most of your stay with us.
