The Epiphany Trust (Truro) Ltd is the charitable trust which runs Epiphany House.

What we collect

How we will use your data

We will use your information for administration of services that we provide to you such as bookings and membership subscriptions; for reclaiming gift aid on applicable charitable donations; and to deliver services that you have registered for, such as the newsletter for Friends of Epiphany House, or emails sent to subscribers to our mailing list.

We will not share your personal information with third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. We currently share data with three third party providers:

Mailchimp: is used to deliver our email newsletters and gathers statistics around email opening and clicks, helping us monitor and improve our e-mail newsletter. To opt out, you can unsubscribe to the newsletter at any time, either by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our email newsletter, or by contacting the office at Epiphany House (email [email protected], tel. 01872 857953).

Google Analytics: used to monitor and analyse visitor traffic to our website. See below under Cookies for further information and how to opt out.

HMRC: If you choose to make a Gift Aid donation to us, we have a legal obligation to submit your details including your name and home address to HM Revenue and Customs in order to claim Gift Aid on your donation.
