Our front entrance is signposted from Higher Trehaverne. Directions from Truro and from the A30 are below

Please note there is no vehicular access to Epiphany House via Kenwyn Church.

Some SatNavs using our postcode will take you to the wrong place. We suggest you put ‘Epiphany House’ into your SatNav, or use the postcode for our neighbours at Kenywn Gardens: TR1 3FY. Please check that your SatNav is bringing you via Higher Trehaverne.

Parking

We encourage our visitors to car-share whenever possible. We have free parking for around 45 cars so on very busy days you may not be able to park on site.

Directions

From the A30

  • From the A30, take the B3284 towards Truro
  • Continue through Allet and Shortlanesend. Pass the War Memorial on your left and continue downhill. You will pass Chainwalk Drive on your left and then Hendra Road on your right.
  • Turn left soon after this into Higher Trehaverne. There is a white house opposite the turning.
  • Continue along Higher Trehaverne, passing the school on your right. The lane leading to Epiphany House is the second turning on the left.
  • You will pass a new development on your left called Kenwyn Gardens, continue straight on to our driveway.

From Truro

  • From Truro centre, take the B3284 (Perranporth Road) out of Truro. Pass under the railway bridge.
  • Take the second road on the right (Higher Trehaverne).
  • Continue along Higher Trehaverne, passing the school on your right. The lane leading to Epiphany House is the second turning on the left.
  • You will pass a new development on your left called Kenwyn Gardens, continue straight on to our driveway.

By public transport

  • Truro is served by both a mainline rail service and by National Express coaches. The easiest way to get from the Train station or Lemon Quay where the coach stops is via taxi; this will cost in the region of £5.

Walking from Truro centre:

From the city centre, walk up Pydar Street (this is the street with the Library, WHSmiths and Boots). Continue straight up the hill; past the shops and the Courts. Pass under the railway bridge and take the second road on the right (Higher Trehaverne), then the second turning on the left leading to the drive of Epiphany House. This takes about 20 minutes from WHSmiths or Boots. A PDF map of Truro is available to open, save and print.
